If you haven’t had a Kinesiology session with Monika and Eoin , then you need to book one. I have never felt so relaxed and I enjoyed every minute of my treatment.
I couldn’t believe how my body responded to Tuning forks and Energy work.
I hope what I released will help me move forward on my journey.

I’ve recently had a few sessions with Monika, including kinesiology and massage, and she’s been fantastic. Monika takes the time to truly understand your needs and tailors treatments accordingly. She explains everything she’s doing and why, which I really appreciate. After just a couple of sessions, she resolved my very sore shoulder, restoring full mobility and eliminating pain. I had a miQi massage with Monika and it was amazing! The massage itself was incredibly relaxing. I could literally feel all the tension melting away, especially during the face massage – I felt like I was floating! Monika has this incredible way of finding where you’re holding stress and helping you release it. She’s extremely intuitive, attentive, and has a wonderfully kind approach. I left feeling light and refreshed. If you’re looking for a massage that not only relaxes you but also makes you feel so much better, I can’t recommend her enough!
