I honestly cannot thank Monika enough, she definitely has healing hands, I went to Monika after suffering chronic lower back pain for 13 years, I woke up with pain and went to sleep with pain, I went to 1 kinesiology session with Monika and the pain disappeared during the session and has never returned, she honestly changed my life!! I’ve recently had a few sessions with Monika, including kinesiology and massage, and she’s been fantastic. Monika takes the time to truly understand your needs and tailors treatments accordingly. She explains everything she’s doing and why, which I really appreciate. After just a couple of sessions, she resolved my very sore shoulder, restoring full mobility and eliminating pain. I had a miQi massage with Monika and it was amazing! The massage itself was incredibly relaxing. I could literally feel all the tension melting away, especially during the face massage – I felt like I was floating! Monika has this incredible way of finding where you’re holding stress and helping you release it. She’s extremely intuitive, attentive, and has a wonderfully kind approach. I left feeling light and refreshed. If you’re looking for a massage that not only relaxes you but also makes you feel so much better, I can’t recommend her enough!

Had one session with monika, and I feel absolutely amazing for it. I had mentioned being stressed and she said we would clear that and whatever shes done worked.
